Cross-platform Audio Media Player Integration (Like GIGL App)

We need a ionic developer who can create a cross-platform audio media player like GIGL app player for our cross-platform existing app.

About our existing app:
- Our app is developed in Ionic + Capacitor
- Our existing Media player is old fashioned, we would like to upgrade it
- We upload audiobooks from backened.

What we are looking for:
- We would like to make our media player same as GIGL book summaries app design for both iOS and Android platforms
- It should support Downloading book for offline play
- It should support Background play when the app is running in background or screen is off
- there should be audio fast and slow buttons
- Media player should be smooth, and fast to play for user (means when user click an chapter it should open right away without delay or loading)
- Working with existing apps and ensuring a seamless integration
