Cross-platform App Development with AWS Integration (basic user management for this phase)

I need an experienced app developer to create a mobile application that works on both iOS and Android platforms. It will be a highly secure user-friendly app that will require the following in-app user management features:

- User Registration/Login:
- App launch splash screen
- User log in (must support FaceID)
- User log out
- User create account with email verification and account activation
- User reset password
- User change password
- User view/edit profile
- User settings (one option to switch between light and dark mode)

Approved Platform Services
- AWS Amplify
- AWS Cognito
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Dynamo DB (user account information)
- AWS Aurora DB (user app settings)
- AWS S3 (user photos and database backups)
- AWS CloudWatch
- AWS Device Farm

UI Requirements
- Responsive to support auto resizing for all tablet and mobile device screen sizes
- All forms must use floating labels and front-end validation similar to https://mui.com/material-ui/react-text-field/#floating-label
- Developer to suggest a UI framework similar to Material UI
- Must support color palettes for switching between light and dark modes

DevOps Requirements
- Code should be stored in a GitHub repo for version control and CICD (open to using AWS repo)
- Include appropriate linting in CICD pipeline to enforce clean coding standards

The ideal candidate for this project should be well-versed in working with AWS, as the app will be hosted on this platform. Experience in creating cross-platform apps, especially with high-quality UX/UI design, will be a huge plus.
