I'm seeking an experienced mobile app developer to create a cross-platform VPN app for Android and iOS. The app will allow clients to access specific government websites, initially via a personal server with the option to upgrade to a cloud/VPS server later.

Key Requirements:
- User management system for admin:
- Create usernames/passwords
- Set usage time limits (e.g., 12 hours )
- Simple, user-friendly client interface
- Connect to a specified server via VPN
- Admin panel (mobile-based)
- Secure encryption and authentication
- Branded with our company logo: Saei Company

Authentication Methods:
- Username and password
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Optional Features:
- Extend usage time or renew accounts by clients
- Logging and usage monitoring for admin
- Notifications to users before access expires
