Project Scope:
Our mobile app is already built and live.
Backend and APIs are powered by Node.js.
We want to:
Integrate an AI agent to handle all incoming text messages in the support chat.
Enable a calling feature within the support section, where the AI agent responds to voice calls in real time.
Ideal Expertise:

Hands-on knowledge of real-time voice communication tools (e.g., Twilio, Agora, WebRTC)
