Cross-Platform Realtor Communication App for new NAR commission
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking to create a mobile application designed to enhance communication between realtors and streamline commission negotiation. The primary mode of communication will be SMS, with agents entering a listing agent's cell number and MLS listing number to generate an SMS to that agent. The main goal of this app is to facilitate efficient and effective communication in the real estate industry.
Key Features:
- iOS and Android platforms.
- SMS Messaging: The primary feature for the initial launch is the ability to send SMS messages to listing agents. The app should also be able to receive and display responses, particularly regarding any offered commission for a specific listing.
This app will work in parallel or be integrated possibly with our Realtor directory at NJ.ORG. Please advise if aside from being a Rock Star app developer you are full stack as I need help updating my list with new agents.
