I'm looking for an experienced game developer to create a minimalist online multiplayer 2-player Snake and Ladders game. The game should be cross-platform, available on Web, iOS, and Android. Key features include:
- A 3D dice similar to Yalla Ludo
- A reward system where winners earn coins
- The ability to enable a microphone using WebRTC
- A friend chat system with private messaging
- Emojis integrated within the game
- Using MySQL for static data and Socket for real-time communication
