Cross-Platform Messaging App Development

Looking for mobile app engineers who are interested in building a messaging app with an invitation component (think WhatsApp + Eventbrite). The project already has fully-executed designs, fully-articulated pseudocode (for both business and application logic across the entire app), and is ready for development immediately. Engineers with previous experience in real-time messaging/invitations are preferred. The app needs to support both iOS and Android platforms, as well as photo sharing.
