**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and build a cross-platform application that performs seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
- Integrate Google Maps API for location-based features and clinic verification.
- Develop secure user authentication, including 2FA for both patients and doctors.
- Ensure secure, encrypted data storage for sensitive user information.
- Set up a backend capable of real-time updates for appointments, availability, and location features.
- Implement automated ID and face verification for both user types.
- Develop a healthcare-focused chatbot for common questions and support.
- Create an intuitive, multilingual (English, Arabic, French) user interface with healthcare-centered UX design.
- Integrate secure in-app payment systems, meeting PCI compliance standards.
- Ensure consistent, platform-wide notifications for appointment reminders and updates.
- Maintain optimal app performance, reliability, and scalability.
- **Enable in-app online voice and video calls**: Utilize real-time communication protocols like WebRTC or similar, and integrate calling SDKs such as Twilio, Agora, or Firebase for secure voice/video call functionality.
- **Implement local number calling capabilities**: Experience with telephony APIs (Twilio Voice, Plivo, Nexmo) to allow call forwarding or calls via local numbers, with familiarity in regulatory compliance for healthcare.

**Skills & Experience:**

1. **Cross-Platform App Development:**
- Expertise in Flutter or React Native to ensure uniform performance on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
