Cross-Platform Full Stack Developer Needed to Work on an Existing Project and maintain it on an ongoing basis

FULL-TIME PERMANENT FULL STACK DEVELOPER (LARAVEL, PHP, REACT, TWILIO, ZOOM APIS)
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer for a full-time, permanent remote position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Laravel, PHP, React (mobile apps for both iOS and Android), as well as Twilio and Zoom APIs. You will work remotely via a secure Anydesk connection.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
• The web portal is 80% complete and requires fine-tuning, bug fixing, additional reports, new pages, and the enhancement of existing pages, designs, and functionalities.
• The mobile app is 95% complete, requiring minor bug fixes and the addition of new features.
SPECIFIC MOBILE APP ISSUES:
Examples of bugs that need to be resolved in the mobile app include:
• Twilio and Zoom calling issues: After disconnecting a call, the app sometimes continues to ring for agents, and even when the agent disconnects, the call still rings.
• Third-party call handling: We need the ability to add another third-party agent to a call, particularly when a backup agent is used.
• Call log synchronization: When using third-party backup agents, the call logs in our app and the backup provider need to match.
LONG-TERM RESPONSIBILITIES:
Once these projects are complete, the developer will continue in a full-time, permanent role to maintain existing client projects and undertake new ones. Regular work will include web apps and cross-platform mobile apps. This is a full-time permanent role with a fixed monthly fee—no hourly rates or alternative terms will be accepted.
APP ENHANCEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
While most features are already in place, some require further development, including:
• Push notifications
• User authentication and registration
• In-app messaging
• Live video and audio calls using Twilio and Zoom APIs
Please note: The mobile apps and web portal utilize third-party APIs (Twilio, Zoom, etc.), so experience working with APIs is essential.

• All call features (audio and video) are fully functional.
• However, both the web portal and mobile apps (client, agent, and admin apps) need additional features and enhancements.
• The web portal is developed in PHP and has been updated to the Laravel framework. Some PHP pages and features are incomplete and need to be fully migrated to Laravel.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and React for mobile app development
• Strong knowledge of Twilio and Zoom APIs for handling video and audio calls
• Experience developing cross-platform mobile apps
• Familiarity with push notifications, user authentication, and in-app messaging
• Ability to develop and maintain apps for both iOS and Android platforms
• Experience building web portals for business use
