Cross-Platform App Development For Distribution company

I'm looking for an experienced app developer to create a cross-platform application for my distribution company. The app needs to be compatible with iOS, Android, and Web.

Key Features:
- Barcode/QR code Scanners: The app should have real-time scanning capabilities to monitor points on products.
- Wallet: A system to accumulate points.
- User Module: The app should support two types of users - Distributors and Admin staff, with an additional role for Architects/Contractors. Implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is required.
- Dashboard: A comprehensive dashboard to display different schemes on various products.
- Admin Panel: An interface for managing schemes and overseeing the users' reward system.

Integration & Tech Stack:
- If possible, integration with Odoo CRM would be a significant advantage.
- I'm open to using either React or Flutter for this project.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in cross-platform app development.
- Proficiency in React and/or Flutter.
- Prior experience with barcode/QR code scanning features.
- Knowledge and experience with Odoo CRM integration.
- Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
