Cross-Platform App Development with React Native - Possibility of extension for long-term collaboration

I'm seeking an experienced Mobile and Desktop App Developer to build high-performance, cross-platform applications using React Native.
The ideal candidate must be available for 2 to 4 hours daily between 11 AM to 6 PM IST , 5 days a week, for team communication.
We are looking for an experienced Mobile and Desktop App Developer to join our team and help build high-performance, cross-platform applications using React Native. Our product integrates deeply with a Laravel & Go backend. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining applications for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS that deliver seamless user experiences and interact with APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps using React Native for Android and iOS.
• Develop desktop applications using React Native for Windows/macOS (or Electron/Tauri).
• Integrate app functionalities with Laravel and GO APIs
• Implement real-time features such as call logs, messaging, and Firebase notifications.
• Work with VoIP, WebRTC, or SIP integrations to support in-app calling.
• Optimize app performance, memory, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams for seamless integration.
• Write clean, maintainable code with testing and documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native framework. (Android and iOS).
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux (Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga/Thunk) or MobX.
• Experience deploying apps to Play Store and App Store.
• REST APIs and WebSocket integration experience.
• Understanding of mobile/desktop UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with Git and Agile workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• CI/CD pipelines for mobile and desktop app deployment.
• Push notification and background service handling.
• Security and privacy best practices for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols, WebRTC, or SIP.
