Create a lottery app for android -- 2

Hello, I would like an app for android in flutter with firebase or native.. that shows me lottery draws, it must have these characteristics:
- Above, show the date of the next draw that I will place.
- It consists of 2 draws that are done on the same day, first there will be DRAW 1 and then DRAW 2 below, both have a title, date of the draw, winning numbers, share button, both must have the same, they must have a pager.
- Search by date for previous draws
- Sections: Pyramid of luck, Horoscope, this should be brought from the page that I will tell you.
- It must have push notifications to send users messages which must have a title, content (it must have to place emoticons) and be able to attach an image.
- It must have so I can place admob ads.
- Administration panel where you can update everything.
For the moment that would be that, later it will be modified or added more sections, the colors, logo, icons and others will be provided by me, the design is up to your creativity, it should be something striking (I can give you some examples), any other function that suits me I will tell you when accepting the proposal, I have some sketches that I would give you to guide you in the design,
