Create an app

I am looking to create an app that is compatible with both iOS and Android, and its primary function will be social networking. I have a general idea of what I would like the app to include, but need the assistance of a freelancer to help turn my vision into a reality. The app should feature a design and functionality that will outperform established apps in the same space and attract users.
