Create a Xamarin Register app with Firebase

Hi all,
I would need this "Register" Xamarin App to be delivered:
Requirments:
- Use of Google Firebase
* Please provide instructions after the delivery in order to use my Firebase account.
- The user can decide to register using:
* Facebook
* Google
* Instagram
- The user can register with just username and password but will need the capability to link his/her social account later.
* An e-mail should be delivered to confirm (this is a functionality provided by Firebase out of the box)
- When the user logs in the application, there must be a way to complete its profile with :
- Fullname
- Date of Birth
- Location
This needs to be running fine both in iOs and Android
