I am seeking an experienced app developer for the creation of a multi-platform eBook reader platform/app. The core user journey involves opening the app, discovering and selecting enjoyable eBooks, and being able to read them right within the platform. The app should remember where a user left off in a book and, upon reopening, offer the option to resume from the last bookmark. Users can rate the books after reading, contributing to the community-driven dynamic of the platform. The eBooks, predominantly encompassing images and text, should be read akin to a picture book, yet should feel more like a traditional eBook experience rather than simply scrolling through a gallery of images. The emphasis is on a seamless, immersive reading experience. This platform, which should be accessible on mobile (Android and iOS), tablets, and the web, is intended to foster independent publishing, and it encompasses features like a dynamic eBook store, interactive user submission system, and unique pricing model. The successful candidate should have a solid background in designing user-friendly interfaces, integrating payment systems, managing databases, and developing efficient search functionality.

User Profiles: Development of reader and contributor profiles, including a record of owned books and preferences.
eBook Store: A dynamic store enabling users to browse, purchase (using virtual "jewels"), and read eBooks within the app.
Search Function: Development of a user-tailored search function.
User Submissions: Creation of a platform for users to submit books for admin approval, which will necessitate an admin portal.
Dynamic Pricing: Implementation of a pricing and revenue sharing system, fluctuating based on book popularity.
Virtual Currency & Subscription: Integration of Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal for purchasing "jewels" and subscriptions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with integrating third-party payment gateways.
