EA Correlation Dashboard Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a web-based EA Correlation Dashboard with mobile support for both iOS and Android.

- Customizable charts
- User authentication
There are 12 or more EA's from the spreadsheet attached, On the side is the Name of the Pairs and on the Heading is the Name of the EAs
When I sign in to the App or web, I want to see a dashboard of all EAs correllated together in a single simple interface easy to read.
So the Name of the pairs from the App/Website will remain the same, but the direction will change based on what the EAs are displaying at the current moment.
Almost all the EA's will be going the same direction, so we just want to see which pairs from various EAs are going the same direction.
I would like a dashboard to allow me a quick and easy way to see which pairs, going the same direction are opened from all EAs.
The EAs are running 24/7 on VPS and would like the information on the dashboard to update, say every 30 minutes, to reflect currently opened trades.
Examples:
GBPUSD (EA 1 = Sell, EA 2 = Sell, EA 3 = Sell, EA 4 = Sell EA 5 = Buy, EA 6 = Buy)
XAUUSD (EA 1 = Sell, EA 2 = Sell, EA 3 = Sell, EA 4 = Sell EA 5 = Buy, EA 6 = Buy)
CHFJPY (EA 1 = No Trade, EA 2 = Sell, EA 3 = Sell, EA 4 = Sell EA 5 = Buy, EA 6 = Buy)
Happy for this information to be presented in anyway easy to read, column chart, bar chart or any other forms possible (see trade zella example)
