Convert webapp to app adding some few functions

We have purchased the “Bello” Dating system from codecanyon.
It is web version with webapp but no app.

We need to create the mobile application for the same.
We need to fix the bugs it has ( interests not showing, locations library not showing)
And we would like to include this features:
-Log in with sms code
-Add friends (Now you can make Like but we need to add option "Friend" and then, see a list of friends.
-Choose who to show/display the story to (We have story functionality but we want make possible if you want to make available to all or only for friends. 2 options, friends or all)
-Push notifications
-Message request (this person wants to send you a message accept deny)
