Convert PDF Designs to HTML

I already have the full visual design laid out in a PDF and now I need it faithfully reproduced as a lean, well-structured HTML template. The layout has to respond smoothly on mobile, tablet and desktop, so please build with a mobile-first mindset and test across common breakpoints.

The only interactive element required at this stage is a responsive menu; everything else can remain static content. Clean semantic markup, organised SCSS or CSS, and a touch of lightweight JavaScript for the menu toggle will be perfect. Please keep the code easy to read and ready for future expansion—whether the finished site becomes a shop, a portfolio, or a blog is still open.

Deliverables
• Pixel-accurate HTML/CSS/JS files
• Fully responsive behaviour on mobile, tablet and desktop
• Working responsive menu with no external dependencies beyond a vanilla framework (if any)
