Convert Android APP into React Native framework

I have an ongoing project that my current freelancer has COMPLETLEY disappointed me many times over many years. I am looking for someone to take over the project and finish it off. I have a finished 'frontend' APK file you can view and download photos and data from, also a FLOWCHART of all the screen/pages and where they connect too.

The app itself has been over 50% done but needs the web admin backend where we configure prices, user account information etc and complete database to be rebuilt from scratch. This can hopefully be pulled from the APP itself so you know what databases are required. All databases have been set INSIDE the APP but the server that hosted that database was terminated due to ongoing issues so they cannot be recovered.
I need someone to be able to read the app and recreate all the databases and the web admin backend INTO REACT-NATIVE code. We need one codebase for this APP to run across all platforms Apple/Android.
The app MUST BE DONE within 30 days from accepting the job on free lancer. Will have 4 MILESTONES which will be released per update provided once updates have been approved by myself.
You are to BUG FIX And TEST your own code to make sure all functionality is working. Do not ask us to test your code.
There will be ongoing work/development for this as well.
