A mobile and desktop application to enable
1) create inspection request by subcontractor, daily work schedule
2) enable main contractor engineer projector manager to create/ review/ assign inspection tasks and work scheduel tasks, to team members and upload pictures , pdf documents and request for inspection from consultants.
3) consultanr engineer recieve inspection requests and documents for review , and can assign respective inspection by zone to the in charge consultant supervisor.
4) consultant supervisor / engineer to carry out inspection using the layout plan loaded as image. Create comments for inspection , to enable to put remakes description of comments, photo of comments with annotations.
5) at the end of inspection, the inspection will be rejected, to rectify and reinspect, approve.
6) list comments with layout plan with marker of respective locations show on the layout plan, showing status of comments by different color depending
7) main contractor and subcontractor receives comments and status of inspection
8) subcontractor to update status of comments after rectifications.
9) main contractor review the rectification request for reinspectiin.
10) consultant engineer /supervisor reinspects and approve the inspection
11) to show different inspection status by zone , by type, with a status bar..
12) digital signature incorporation
13) to generate a pdf of the inspection report at the of every inspection
14) to update status of daily work status, in progress, completed, and create inspection when completed.
