Compliance System Development Specialist

We are The Workhouse, a UK-based, globally operating recruitment and professional services platform. We are seeking a Compliance System Development Specialist to build and integrate a robust compliance framework into our platform. The system must ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and seamlessly support our AI, Machine Learning, front-end, back-end, and mobile development workflows.

This is a project-based role with a budget of $1,200.

Scope of Work:
Core Responsibilities:

Design and develop a compliance system tailored to a globally operating, AI-integrated platform.
Implement compliance features for data protection (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry regulations.
Build tools for monitoring, reporting, and managing compliance violations.
Create systems for user consent management and privacy policy enforcement.
Key Features to Implement:

Data Privacy and Protection:
User data encryption, secure storage, and controlled access.
Automated user data requests (e.g., access, deletion) in compliance with regulations.
Regulatory Adherence:
Compliance dashboards for internal tracking and reporting.
Real-time monitoring of platform activities to detect violations.
Audit Logs:
Maintain detailed logs of user activities for audits and legal inquiries.
User Consent Management:
Systems for managing cookies, terms of service, and data usage permissions.
Scalable Design:
Modular architecture to incorporate future regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:

Work alongside teams specializing in AI, ML, front-end, back-end, and mobile development to ensure seamless integration.
Provide compliance support for all platform functionalities, including user data handling and AI-driven operations.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.).
Proficiency in back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
Experience with encryption protocols and secure data storage.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools and frameworks.
Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating compliance systems into AI/ML-based platforms.
Knowledge of privacy frameworks (e.g., Privacy by Design, ISO 27001).
Familiarity with international regulatory landscapes.
Portfolio:

Showcase previous projects involving compliance system development or integration.
Budget:
The total project budget is $1,200. Proposals exceeding this budget will not be considered.
