React Native + Firebase Developer Needed to Complete and Launch MVP


Project Description:

We’re looking for an experienced React Native and Firebase developer to take over and complete the MVP of a partially built skills performance and coaching app.

The app uses a “Training Gym” metaphor to help users develop and improve specific personal skills via practice, real-time feedback, and progress tracking.

Current status:

UI prototype developed on Replit (React Native)

Firebase backend partially integrated

Core architecture and user journey already mapped

AI feedback concept and user dashboard framework in place

Your Tasks:

Review existing code and structure

Refactor and polish UI/UX for production-readiness

Finalize Firebase integrations (Realtime DB, Auth, Storage)

Implement AI feedback modules (Whisper API integration planned)

Setup for Android (Play Store-ready) and optionally iOS

Optional: lightweight admin panel for tracking user progress

Ideal Skills:

React Native (Expo or Bare)

Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage, Cloud Functions)

Node.js (optional)

Experience with audio/video-based apps or AI APIs

Attention to detail and mobile responsiveness

Must be able to work independently with clear milestones

Clear, documented code required

Bonus if you’ve launched apps before on Play Store

Must be discreet; NDA required before full spec is shared
