I’m looking to roll out a seamless, full-featured online shopping experience for my store, covering both a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a responsive website. The core goal is straightforward: make it easy for customers to browse, add items to a cart, pay securely, and track their orders without friction.

I’d like the look and feel of both platforms to stay on brand and consistent, though I’m open to your advice on whether every feature needs to be mirrored one-to-one or if some can be tailored to the strengths of each platform. Mobile-first design, fast load times, and an intuitive checkout flow are non-negotiable.
