Cloud based e-healthcare application with facial recognition

The project has an mobile application that consist of 2 login which is the patient login and doctor's login
The patient login has :
Login, Registration, Patient Dashboard (FAQ, Contact Us, Reports, Appointment, Profile Settings)

The doctor login has:
Login, Doctor's Dashboard (List of patients -> Reports, Profile settings)

The security measures must include:
Password verification, 2-factor authentication, Duplication of ID, Facial Recognition

The users are admin, patient, hospital admin.

The data has to be stored in a cloud server.
