Cloud-Based Console for Wifi Router Management

I am seeking a developer to create a cloud-based console that allows me to manage all of my wifi routers, which will be operated as paid service hot spots, inclusive of mobile services, and mobile hot spots.

Key Features:
- User Authentication and Access Control: I need a robust system that ensures only authenticated users can access the network. The preferred method of authentication is via Email and password.
- Bandwidth Monitoring and Management: The console should allow me to monitor and manage the bandwidth usage of different users and devices.
- Firmware Updates and Maintenance: It should also facilitate firmware updates and maintenance of the routers.

Mobile App Support:
The project requires the development of mobile applications for both iOS and Android. These apps should allow users to connect to the hotspot and manage their connections.
