Caregiving Scheduling App Build
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I run a caregiving agency and I’m ready to replace our patch-work of spreadsheets with a single, purpose-built system. I need an app—similar in spirit to Connecteam or SINC business and other scheduling app—available on iOS, Android and a lightweight web dashboard.
Core functions
• Real-time scheduling and shift assignment so coordinators can fill open visits quickly.
• Automatic hour tracking; at the end of each pay period the data must export cleanly to ADP (or an equivalent payroll platform) without manual re-entry.
• Simple, role-based sign-in: caregivers see only their own shifts and timesheets, while office staff can manage the full roster.
I’ll provide sample workflows and field names; you handle UX, development, testing and deployment to App Store, Google Play and the web. If you’ve already delivered something similar, links or screenshots of your previous work will move you to the front of the line.
Final deliverables
— Production-ready iOS and Android builds
— Responsive web portal
— API or direct connector that pushes approved hours to ADP
— Brief admin guide and source code in a private repo
If you can bring this together smoothly, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
