AI Career Guidance & Strategy Platform

I'm looking to develop a comprehensive MVP platform that uses AI technology to assist students in discovering their optimal career paths. The platform will encompass several key features with 2 different assessment tests along with using AI to model after a career coach, and I'm seeking a professional with expertise in:

- API to different Assessment tests - Users should undergo a personality analysis to delve deep into their characteristics, strengths, aptitudes, and interests. Your expertise should lie in creating nuanced, insightful assessments that offer real value to users.

- Career Matching Algorithm: The platform needs an intuitive AI-driven function to match ways of working, personalities and interests with potential careers, providing coherent, individually tailored career recommendations. Previous experience developing complex matching algorithms is essential.

- GUI for Web and Mobiles: The platform must be accessible both as a web-based interface and a mobile app, ensuring optimal user convenience. UI/UX design experience with a focus on user-friendly interfaces is vital.

- Chatbot Interaction: we want students to engage with the platform via chatbot, thus making a communicative AI chatbot integration essential for this platform. Prior experience deploying and refining functionally and visually appealing chatbots is a must.

Proven experience in AI, algorithms, web/mobile UI/UX design, and chatbot technology along with blockchain experience is ideal for this project. A background in educational technology would be a definitive advantage. Let's equip students with a clearer career path through AI technology!

Although this is an MVP, we want to be able to grow from the platform with testing and finetuning without having to develop from scratch once we’ve proven the model with 100-200+ users.
