Car Buyers App - Research

I am looking for someone to conduct thorough research on a new car buyers app. The research should include technical/API research to find out who and how necessary data will come in app. For example if a buyer starts from any car (VIN # will be the input). Question is we need to show specifications of that car, price (market data) and pics/videos for that car based on VIN itself. Where and how to get that data.. There are other similar challenges so be careful before you bid. If you can not demonstrate your grasp over automotive API/industry in 24 hours, you are wasting your time too.
The turnaround time is 3 weeks. I am looking for a freelance applicant who is experienced and submit a detailed project proposal which demonstrates their knowledge and expertise. The successful freelancer will be expected to provide excellent research that meets all the requirements and exceeds expectations.
