Capacitor Native Build & App Store Re-submission for Rowan

Rowan (https://rowan.eco) is a live React + Vite + TypeScript web app already
shipping as native iOS and Android apps via Twinr (a no-code wrapper).
The apps are live in both stores under the bundle ID eco.rowan.app.

We are migrating off Twinr to Capacitor so we get full native control
(proper push opt-in timing, native Google + Apple Sign-In, ML Kit barcode
scanning, native camera, splash screen, etc.) while keeping the same web
codebase.

The Capacitor scaffolding is already in the repo:

capacitor.config.ts (appId eco.rowan.app — matches the live listings)

(Apple Sign-In is net-new work, not yet wired)

I need a freelancer to take it from scaffolding to shipped store updates,
plus set up Codemagic (cloud CI/CD so we don't need a Mac for ongoing
releases) and Capgo (OTA live updates so JS-only fixes ship without store
re-review).
