- Access to Medical Records: Patients should be able to view and manage their medical records through the app.
- Support Forums: The app should feature support forums where patients can connect with each other and share their experiences.
- Patient & Healthcare providers should be able to perform online consultation on the platform on various mode ( chat, audio & Video )
