Camera App for iPhone and android
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hello,
The app only has to have 1 function: to record while flash is blinking (like a strobe light).
Its kinda like those apps that make the flash blink really quickly. The only difference is that this app has to be able to record while flashing. I hope it makes sense.
Sorry I'm a broke student, so i can't afford to pay a high salary, but I feel like the app should be somewhat simple to code for someone with programming-skills. Please let me know if you have questions, or an offer to make.
