We to propose design, develop and implement a comprehensive and Integrated Asset Management Application that is institutive and user friendly and which uses the latest client/server and web and mobile based technology that is scalable and futuristic. It will be rich in features and provide maximum flexibility to allow the eITs reach its goal.
* Asset Maintenance Management
This functionality will track the availability, safety, reliability, and longevity of physical assets, using data collected to continuously improve strategy around the physical assets’ lifecycle.
* Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
This functionality should yield efficiencies in scheduling, record keeping, data collection, management, and overall productivity. The system should be able to move a client from corrective maintenance, where repairs are made when a problem occurs, to preventive maintenance (scheduled repairs) and predictive maintenance, where repairs are made because data indicate imminent failure.
* Integration
The system should support all integration functions, being easily adaptable and accessible to client systems and commonly available market software.
* Human Resources
This function will manage fixed assets and monitor employees using company assets at the time when allocated and returned, eventually, this should evolve to include human asset management to help track an employee’s life cycle throughout the organization to align future strategy.
* Financials
This function will track the initial, current, and replacement cost of assets, in addition to the depreciation value of assets during their lifecycles. Data collected will inform future purchases along with yearly company performance reports.
* Supply Chain Management
This function will track assets from the point of request to procurement, management, and resell or disposal; this will also include inventory data. Data collected will enable aggregate business intelligence for all.
* Data Mining and Analytics
Of all core functions, the most important one is data collection. This function will collect and analyze data, coalescing it into reports, graphs, and dashboards for quick and easy use
in decision-making for clients. In addition, all data collected will form information maps for
* our platform strategic assessment of market direction and needs.
* Security
This function will ensure all data collected is secure and the system does not introduce any vulnerability to its clients.
