Project Overview
We are developing a children's creative platform called Bunlira, where kids can draw characters and bring them to life using AI.
Children can:
Draw inside the app or upload a photo of a drawing
Transform their drawing into animated characters
Convert drawings into 3D characters
Interact with their characters through voice and educational activities
The goal is to create an emotional connection between the child and their character.
Characters should be able to:

react
teach simple concepts (numbers, alphabet, basic interactions)

background removed
converted into a 2D animated character
animated using rigging / skeleton animation
Mode 2 – 3D Character (Basic Style)
The drawing is transformed into a simple 3D character that resembles the original drawing.
Mode 3 – 3D Character (Advanced Style)
The drawing is transformed into a more detailed 3D character, still keeping the visual style of the drawing.
Offline Functionality (Important)
Some functionality must work without internet.
Offline features should include:
drawing
simple animation of existing characters
basic interactions with characters
educational content (numbers, alphabet)
Online connection will be required for:
AI generation
3D character generation
cloud synchronization
purchases
plush toy orders
Character Interaction
Characters should be able to interact with the child.
Examples:
counting exercises
alphabet learning
asking questions
simple conversations
This will be supported by AI but must be safe for children.
No open chat systems should be used.
TV Projection
The app must support casting characters to a TV.
