Bulid Logastic Delivery Mobile APP with backend dashboard

Im looking for a programmer to redesign or bulid a logastic delivery app which include
- Full admin dashbaord with live tracking
- Driver APP (IOS-Android) ( Can accept any orders around )
- Customer APP (IOS-Android) ( Can make order door to door)

Programming Language
- React with nextJS
- nodejs
- React Native

if any one have ready app source to make this all shortcut only need customization can be better for us.
