Building a top-down instant battle multiplayer mobile game (IOS+Google) from scratch - experienced team needed

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced team who has built a multiplayer mobile game across both IOS and Google platforms.
This project will need to be built from scratch.
Please submit your bid if you are an experienced team who had done something similar in the past.
The team should be capable of perfecting the game with the needed features for a good user experience and creating a game with a good retention rating.
I am also looking for guidance from the team to improve the game.
I have put together a very high-level game design doc; please see the uploaded file to get an idea of what game I want to build.
The team must develop quality in-game assets and produce a high-quality mobile game. The developing team should provide everything.
