Building a mobile app based on functionality of an existing iOS (objective c) app

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled mobile app developer to build a mobile app based on the functionality of an existing iOS app. The existing app is focused on managing building inspections.
Additional Features and Improvements:
- I would like the mobile app to have some additional features and improvements compared to the existing iOS app.
Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed within three to four months.
We will provide a Figma template of the design of the new app and will be looking for the end result to run on Windows, iOS, Android. including folding but not flip phones.
Developers MUST have extensive experience with SQL,PDF viewing and annotation, Image annotations
