Building an app

I need someone to make an app that would be used for helth info for ex if i go on it i put in to find out about garlic and then there would be info of the benefits, side effects, thing you need to watch out for, if u have any kind of medical problems, i would get that info about food and herbs form medical book that have been researched and been tested so then the info that you would get it right. But there still be a thing that pops up that youvshould talk to you doctor cuz we are not responsible if something happens, id put it in more detail but i just need to know how much this would cost me
