Build team member profiles based on monthly survey questions

I need a solution where 1) 10 team members receive a question that they need to answer each month (e.g. what is your favourite food right now) 2) The answers to those questions are added to a team members "profile" that is accessed via a browser. The objective of this solution is to showcase a list a questions and answers for each person, which is updated automatically as new questions are answered. We are currently using an excel spreadsheet for this but I am looking for an automated and nice-looking solution.
