Build a simple iPhone App that tells carb counts of popular ethnic foods

Build a simple iPhone app that gives carbohydrate count for popular foods saved in its database. User should be able to add/edit/delete the food list and also add an image to the foods.
This is to help diabetes patients give correct amount of insulin.
