Build simple iOS Dating App

I need an expert developer and programmer to build simple iOS dating app. You need to be able to do both front-end UX/UI and all backend logic and admin panel.

I also need help submitting final version to iOS App Store when complete to make sure my app gets accepted and has correct code which does not violate any rules.

Dating App Concept: Users get set up with one new match every day.

There is no swiping. There are no geo-location features. I do not want copy of existing dating app apk.

1. View All Users, Add New User, Edit Current User (Account + Profile)

3. Send Push Notification to All Users or Specific User
4. View User Action Reports (ex: Delete Match, Report Match)
5. View New Membership Applications (Accept or Reject)
6. View All Subscriptions (and Total Revenue)

Logic:
- Match users 1:1 everyday with a new match based on dating preferences, same city, and mutual interests (most to least)
- Load new match at 12pm (based on user city timeline) and expire match at 12am
- Troubleshooting (ex: if user doesn’t have match profile for upcoming day)
- Add video call option in chat page
- Countdown clock (12 hour countdown everyday)
