Build a program

We have a warehouse where we collect stuff in way that i have to sign a pickslip then i`ll have to sign a dispatch for myself , the warehouse and the security by the game so i want a system or program that can automate this and make it quicker where maybe we can just use a qr code and barcode scanning for the items we pick and dispatching so any program you can think of , am listening
