Build phone app with data import of bluetooth devices

We want to have an app that reads off data from two separate devices: a smartwatch (Xiaomi Mi Band 5) and a smartscale (for example the Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Smart Scale 2). An overview of this data, such as weight, should be given within the app. The data should be able to be imported directly to our app without the need of other apps, such as the standard apps of the Xiaomi products.

Clients should be able to access their own data through their own account, and doctors should be able to see the data profiles of their clients.
