Build a mobile-first mortgage broker website from supplied mockups + SEO / AI-search optimisation

Job ID: 40365718

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I am looking for an experienced web developer / front-end implementer to build a premium, mobile-first mortgage broker website for the Australian market.

Important: this is not a design-from-scratch project.
The page designs, funnel structure, and copy are already developed. I will supply mockups/screenshots for the key pages. The job is to accurately turn these into a polished, live website.

The website is primarily aimed at users visiting from their mobile phone, so the build must be genuinely mobile-first.

The business specialises in home loans for borrowers with more complex income structures, including:

self-employed
contractors
firm partners
eligible professionals

Scope:

Build the main landing page from supplied mockups
Build 4 funnel paths from supplied mockups:
Self-Employed
Contractor
Firm Partner
Professional
Each funnel includes Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, Request Review page
Build the success / confirmation page
Implement forms so leads are captured properly
Ensure strong mobile responsiveness, clean front-end execution, and fast load speed
Set the site up properly for SEO, Google Ads campaigns, and AI-search / LLM discoverability foundations
Ideally also provide ongoing SEO / optimisation support after launch

What I need from you:

strong front-end implementation skills
ability to faithfully translate supplied mockups into live responsive pages
pixel-level attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy
strong technical SEO capability
understanding of structured data, crawlability, and search visibility

Please respond with:

Examples of mobile-first websites you have built from supplied mockups
Examples of funnel / lead-generation websites you have implemented
Examples of websites you have SEO-optimised
Your recommended platform / stack
Whether you can also support SEO after launch
Your price / estimate

Please do not send generic proposals.
