Build me a mobile application

We are a team of two people planning to build an android/ios application for recipe-based ingredients order. More details can be shared on a zoom call.
We are looking for an android developer responsible for the development of application and their integration with back end services.
Responsibilities:
1. Translate requirements and designs into high quality code.
2. Good knowledge of Flutter, Android SDK and different versions of android, dealing with multiple screen sizes.
3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
4. Familiarity with the use of additional apis, such as gps, google maps, payment interface etc.
5. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
6. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
