Build me a mobile app on Flutter + Firebase

The UI design will be different. But the features would be broadly the same. Please explore the functionalities of the app including sign up, IG verification and apply to a couple of campaigns to see all the functionalities.
Would also need a web app for our team to monitor campaign applications, approve content and chat with influencers who have applied to campaigns.
I would prefer Flutter + Firebase as the stack.
