Build me an iOS application using Swift

Build me a simple travel management iOS application using Swift on XCode using either MVC or MVVM (whichever suits you). The application could use either coredata or firebase to keep data permanent. It should have web API calls and should use map and location-based map functionality. Also it should include some usage of TableView
