Build a a hybrid android and ios app for sports social games

I want to create an app that has booking capabilties for sports courts for various sports, including badminton, soccer, volleyball, futsal, and more. Also, the app should be able to publish various games and free spaces available for games any user should be able to show interest in joining the games. The host of the match should be able to select the player by looking at the profile including the rating. Each user will have a rating and will be provided by the people who played together. The user will be able to join the game only after making a small payment. There should not be two apps for users, one app and depending upon the entry as an owner or player the admin panel should change.
