Build a dynamic website and mobile apps for iOS and Android using flutter

I'm looking for someone who can both design and build flutter app. Setup AWS services (like amplify) for server-side interactions. App will have features like authentication, display search results, allow users to add new items, user profile etc.. While AWS setup needs lambda functions, cognito, dynamo db etc.
