Build me an app(have mockup)

I am looking for a skilled app developer to build an app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should include a database and I have some graphics, such as icons and logos, that are already in progress.

iOS. : OS 10 to 16,
Web : Chrome 93, Firefox 91, Edge 93, IE 11
M-Web (If Responsive) : Chrome 93, Firefox 91, Edge 93, IE 11
The mobile application will work only with an internet connection and in portrait mode.
The mobile application will support android and iPhone devices including tablet and iPad.
The Web Panel shall support web browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10.
The system will be in the English language
For the admin panel, a ready-made HTML template will be used.
The web panels will be responsive in standard size only.
For image upload, cropping or image editing tools are no considered
Display size and font size will fixed in application it will not change based on the system settings





Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing apps for both iOS and Android platforms
- Proficiency in database integration for mobile apps
- Ability to work with existing graphics and incorporate them into the app design
