Build an app for IOS and Android phones
Budget: $10 – $1,000 USD
I am looking for someone to design an app to resize pictures either thru the camera or in the phone storage, NOT within the app. This will be a 2 part app,
1 part - automatically resizes a pic/vid taken by the camera only, within 2 minute, before it gets uploaded
** Be able to resize a pic/vid in the phones storage within 2 minutes after being taken and then be able to delete the original one** PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS
2 part - a regular resizing of pic/vid already in the storage on the phone
processes:
User opens the app for the first time, on the automatic side of the app, selects what size they want for all of their future pictures they take with their camera, then close the app. Now without opening the app again, they take pictures with their camera, the app running in the background would detect that a pic/vid was taken or the size of their storage has changed and resized each one of the new pic/vid to the size that was selected in the app at the beginning, it all should happen automatically without re-opening the app

Create a popup notification telling the user how many pics/videos were resized automatically every 2 weeks
Adding Admobs to the notifications/popup
Adding Google Translator, for multi languages
Support for all bugs and updates
